I’ve been seeing Andy Gilmore’s work pop up a lot in the past year or so, first on that Gold Panda album then in Fader Magazine across from Mark Weaver. His geometric explorations are awesome and they’re only getting more complex. I mean check out this guy’s sketchbooks; are you serious?
I love seeing the working grids of other people. Look at how they kept repeating the use of that #8 circle throughout the design. Repetition is a beautiful thing, visually that is.
